Article 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
- This regulation applies to all issues related to the use of services, including air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, car bookings, visa services…between parties use the services and VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL AND TOURISM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL)
- This regulation could be changed at any time without prior notice to you. When agreeing to use the services, you have unconditionally agreed to this change.
Article 2: EXPLAINING WORDS
- VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL is a service provider of tour booking, flight booking, hotel reservations, car bookings, visa services... and other related services.
- "Parties that use the services", "customers" - agencies, organizations and individuals that have agreed these regulations and registered to use the service in accordance with the procedures set by VIETNAM. ARAB TRAVEL.
- "We" - VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, partners and licensees.
- "Services" - all services that VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL provides including tour booking services, air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, car bookings, visa services.... and other related services.
Article 3: LINKS TO THIRD-PARTIES’ WEBSITES
This website of VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL may contain links to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Third party links are included for your convenience, do not have any endorsement by us related to the content and product information of those websites. VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL will not cover any legal responsibilities related to the information contained in those websites.
Article 4: TOUR PRICE
All tour prices are in Vietnam Dong (VND). Payments in other foreign currencies will be converted to Vietnam Dong (VND) at the prevailing exchange rate.
- The prices are equivalent to the categories listed in the "Inclusion" section.
- We offer 50% discount for children from 5 - 10 years old and 100% for children under 5 years old
- The information and prices on this website are not "directly" and will be updated. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and prices, but unfortunately errors sometimes occur. In the case of an incorrect price due to a system error, we are not bound by that price.
Article 5: REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
When registering via our website, please follow the direct contract (legally binding) with us. The subscription conditions include limitations, exclusions of liability, change and cancellation fees if the subscription is canceled or changed after confirmed. Therefore, please read the registration conditions carefully.
Article 6: VISA - PASSPORT
- Valid passport: Customer must have a valid passport for entry, departure and travel through each destination in the tour itinerary (your passport must be valid for another six months from the date of confirmation)
- Papers: In order to issuing visas, all tour-related papers such as payment slips, tour schedules, invoices will be sent via email or on CRM login system” and we have already received the full payment.
- Tour details: Customers are required to check at least 72 hours before their departure time to ensure they have the most detailed information about their flight because there may have been small changes from the tour schedule originally provided by the company.
Article 7: FORCE MAJEURE
- We guarantee that departure dates is posted on website: https://travel.vietnamarab.net/
- All dates, tour itineraries and other printed materials are subject to change from time to time and do not form part of the guarantee.
- Website is the only source from which the company will guarantee departure date. A time of departure is guaranteed only if the customer has confirmed the booking according to that time of departure (registration must include a minimum of a confirmed paid deposit). This guarantee will still be based on Force Majeure circumstances.
- VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL is not responsible to customers for changes or cancellations due to objective and subjective reasons such as: earthquake, volcano, windstorm, war, strike, protest, terrorism, political turmoil.... Solutions or compensations (if any) will depend on the relevant Service Provider.
