Payment and Refund Policy

  1. PAYMENT POLICY
For booking tour, customers pay in 2 phases as follows:
  • Phase 1: Paying 30% of the tour price as soon as you receive the Invoice via email
  • Phase 2: Paying 70% of the remaining tour price when you come to Vietnam
  • Other services (visa, hotel booking, flight ticket booking...): Paying 100% of the service price as soon as you receive the Invoice via email
  1. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
  • After payment, we will send you confirmation letter via email. This letter must be printed as a proof of payment
  • All customer personal information must be provided correctly at the time of registration.
  • Any request for modification/addition should be notified via email to VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL.
  • VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL is not responsible for any problems that may occur if the customer does not receive or read carefully the payment confirmation letter. In case you have not received the payment letter, you need to notify VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL at least 72 hours before the service starts
 
  1. PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL accepts the following payment methods:
  • Western Union/MoneyGram....or other international money transfer services 
  • PayPal/Credit
  • International and domestic credit cards: Visa/Master
  • Cash
  • Transfer money to the company bank account:

    (Kindly notice that the customers have shall bear the transfer fee according to the payment policy of Paypal,  Western Union, Money Gram Credit card, Visa card, Master Card)

After checking service information and account information, please choose “payment” to complete the registration procedure.
Transfer Content: To ensure fast processing and customer benefits, in "Transfer Content" please write the correct invoice number.
For example:
  • Customer receives Invoice with Invoice Code INV-009. The content of the transfer will be: Invoice Payment INV009
  • After payment, customer provide bank receipt along with service information to confirm the payment.
We reserve the right to change/add the above payment receiving account number; and/or make additional changes to the payment process and notify the customer in text/email in advance

  1. SERVICE CANCELLATION
Be sure to notify cancellation of all services via text/email. We do not accept service cancellation requests via a phone call. We are not responsible for any unreceived and unconfirmed cancellation requests. In this case, service cancellation fee or service abandonment fee will be applied.
  • Cancellation 15 days prior to departure: 30% of tour price (excluding Sunday and holidays)
  • Cancellation 5 days prior to departure: 50% of tour price (excluding Sunday and holidays)

  1. REFUND POLICY
  • After canceling the service, depending on the agreed service cancellation policy, customer will receive a notification of a "Credit Note" corresponding to the total amount to be refunded via email. Customers can use "Credit Note" to pay for other services provided by VIETNAM ARAB TRAVEL.
  • If the customer wants to receive a refund, it can take 14 business days to receive your refund from the date of receiving the customer's refund confirmation.
  • For the case of payment through intermediary payment service provider (Paypal...), credit card, fast money transfer, customer will be refunded through these payment gateways.
  • For the case of payment by cash or bank transfer, customer will receive the refund in cash or transfer money to customer’s bank account.
